I am getting an error message regarding the posting type. What shall I do?


There is an accounting posting issue.
Please contact your responsible controller. He will have access and create a ticket for your support team (mpt_SupportIFSCLOUD@airmar.com) if needed.
I am getting an "Internal Server Error" error message when trying to connect or while using IFS Cloud.

There might be a network issue.
- Check that you are using an Airmar identified and approved network or the approved VPN.
- Open a new page on your browser and try again to connect to IFS Cloud.
I am getting an error about a code part that "must have a value" for my customer order. What shall I do?
This error indicates that at least one line in your customer order has not been pre-posted.
Check your lines, then follow this procedure to do the pre-posting: Creating a Customer Order.
