- Inventory Locations
  This topic lists the references of IFS Cloud inventory locations.
- Shop Order
  A shop order is the action to build a product or a batch of product in IFS Cloud. It can include consumption of materials and operations: time and tasks. Some products cannot be purchased and must be built.

Moving Inventory Part

Move stock from one location to another.

This process is used in case of internal movement of your stock.

Go to Warehouse Management > Quantity in Stock > Inventory Parts in Stock.
To display the list of items available in stock:
1. If not displayed, click Filter > More and select On Hand Qty
2. Set the On Hand Qty filter to > 0.
Click the three dots on the line you want to focus on, then click Relocation > Move Inventory Parts.

A new page opens, Move Inventory Part.
On this page, Move Inventory Part, scroll down, then click New + to add a new line.
Provide at least the value Qty to Move and Location No to set up the new location.
You must complete the field Note to justify the stock movement.

Note:
The field Location No can be Filtered by your Site where the part is actually located, remove the filter to choose the new location.
Click Save to validate.

You can now find your movement information on the page Inventory Transactions History.
