Adding a Tracking Number

Before the delivery, you can add a tracking number for your order.

  1. Go to the page Deliver Customer Orders.
  2. Click the arrow pointing to the bottom .

  3. Click New + to add a new tracking number.

  4. Enter the Tracking No and click Save.

  5. After the delivery, you can modify the Tracking No. In the page Customer Order, in the tab Order Tracking No: select a line, click the three dots and click Reassigned Tracking No.

    The Reassigned Tracking No pane appears.
  6. Enter a new tracking number and click OK.
